It is illegal for an employer to retaliate against or terminate employees for union organizing activity.
Federal law guarantees us the right to start a union at Hankook Tire and vote in a secret-ballot election in favor of unionization.
WILL HANKOOK SHUT DOWN OUR PLANT IF WE ORGANIZE?
It is illegal for Hankook to move to avoid a union. Hankook also has invested billions of dollars into this plant– the only one in North America– and it is cost prohibitive to shut down and move.
