AT HANKOOK
Currently, at Hankook, we have no voice. We have no say in the decisions that affect our lives, such as health care plans, wages, raises, health and safety measures, the point system, training, promotions, PTO, and more. Hankook can – and does – change these policies whenever it wants, and always to benefit the company, not us.
And no matter how hard we work or how much profit we make for Hankook, wealthy executives decide when and if things change.
We’ll only have a voice and make change by unionizing. Once we unionize, we will have a seat at the table to negotiate changes that benefit US! We will bargain a legally binding contract where we can negotiate fair wages, regular and predictable raises, good benefits, safe working conditions, and respect on the job.
